Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of general ledger - Prepare journal entries - Perform account analysis and reconciliation - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable - Generate financial reports - Assist with tax preparation - Utilize QuickBooks and ADP Payroll - Conduct 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in QuickBooks - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Experience with account analysis and financial report writing - Knowledge of clerical functions such as 10 key typing - Previous experience in public accounting is a plus If you are a meticulous individual with a passion for numbers and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
