Job DescriptionElaya Health is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner with diabetes management experience and other endocrinology needs.
- Ability to make up to $90 per hour -
Responsibilities:
Our NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient educationWill manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technologyNP works as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New Jersey.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing School 6 Months Work Experience Registered as a Nurse Practitioner in NJ State NY License About Elaya Health:
