As a Patient Care Coordinator at Infinite Therapy Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with administrative issues and providing excellent customer service Collecting co-payments Managing office communications Scheduling appointments Processing insurance claims Maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information Assisting with facility maintenance, cleanup, and closing duties Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical setting Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and office procedures Experience with insurance claims processing and basic bookkeeping Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and EHR systems Outstanding communication and organizational skills High school diploma required; additional training in Medical Administration is a plus Compensation:
