The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Product Data Responsible for managing product information levels to established standards.Maintain data to meet company standards and quality of informationData includes images, technical specifications and other data elementsManually populate non-automated data as necessaryIdentify system enhancements to improve processesPerform audits to ensure accuracy of assigned manufacturers or categoriesCommunicate with data providers to ensure complete product data is suppliedRequest necessary informationIdentify areas of improvement and provide feedbackEnsure materials are created correctly via download processCreate materials via proprietary systems and/or SAPProcess internal requests for creationAll other assigned duties Skills Needed:
Associates degree or above from a college or university; or 3 years industry work experience.Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skillsAbility to analyze and troubleshoot information for resolutionAbility to work well in cross-functional teamsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAssisting in establishing best-practices and development of content that improve the efficiencyAbility to meet aggressive service-level agreementsAbility to take a complex process or technology and create easy-to-follow copyExcellent written and verbal communication, with Good editing skillsProficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAPAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groupsAbility to understand processes and identify areas of improvementAbility to multi-task and demonstrate organizational details.
