Route Planning and Dispatching:
Oversee route planning and dispatching activities.
Use logistics software to optimize delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
3.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of drivers and walkers, using metrics such as delivery times and customer feedback.
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
5.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Liaise with Amazon support teams as necessary.

Inventory and Fleet Management:
Manage vehicle and supply inventories, ensuring all resources are adequately maintained and available.

Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications:
For Operations Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
