Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the attorney, Answering clients calls is the main function of this position, scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing and filing court documents, and providing other general support.
Drafting and serve motions, motions for orders, motions for discovery, discovery responses, and other discovery documents.
Review client case status reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Strong verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers.
Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat PDF files generated by Bishara Law LLC software.
